UK sellers with an established catalogue on a marketplace such as eBay, Etsy or OnBuy who want a store of their own, with help from a team.
MigrationDo I need to upload all my products myself?
No. We manage the catalogue migration with you, based on what we agree together. If anything is missing, we tell you what we need from you.
PaymentsHow do I get paid?
Customers pay by card through Stripe, and Stripe pays out to your bank account. You need a Stripe account that Stripe has verified. Stripe sets payout timing and charges its processing fees.
DomainsCan I use my own domain?
Yes. Domain connection and SSL are included. You give us access to your DNS settings and we connect it. Registering a domain is a separate cost.
PricingHow does pricing work?
Each plan is one 12-month subscription paid upfront and renewed manually. There is no monthly billing, no setup fee and no Sepivel commission on your sales. See the pricing page for current prices.
Good to knowWhat do I handle myself?
You ship your orders and add tracking in the dashboard, and you manage stock there too. Stock does not sync live with marketplaces, so update each channel when you sell.
